摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children with allergic purpura and its influence on symptom disappearance time and inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 76 children with allergic purpura admitted to Juxian People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,symptom disappearance time and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of various symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children with allergic purpura can reduce inflammatory reaction and relieve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
