Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Paramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of children with influenza.Methods A total of 120 children with influenza admitted to Lanshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Linyi City from August 2017 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the observation group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Paramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection,and the control group was treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules.The symptom relief time,clinical efficacy and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of various symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of children with influenza has better clinical efficacy and can promote clinical symptoms,which is worth promoting.关键词
