Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of family-centered obstetric high quality nursing on postpartum depression and self-efficacy of primiparas.Methods A total of 116 primiparas admitted to Haixi Prefecture Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from October 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(58 cases)and study group(58 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received family-centered obstetric high quality nursing.The postpartum depression(EPDS),self-efficacy score(EE-16,OE-16)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the EPDS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the EE-16 and OE-16 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered obstetric high quality nursing can improve the postpartum depression,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of primiparas.关键词
