Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with menstrual disorders.Methods A total of 80 patients with menstrual disorders in Shibei District Shuiqinggou Street Community Health Service Center of Qingdao from August 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into reference group(40 cases)and research group(40 cases)according to the coin tossing method.The reference group was given conventional basic nursing intervention,while the research group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of reference group.The satisfaction score and psychological status score of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of service attitude,service details,service comprehensiveness,nurse-patient cooperation and nursing environment scores in the research group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the research group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention applied to patients with menstrual disorders can improve satisfaction and psychological state,which is worth promoting.关键词
