Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing model in the nursing of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 70 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in Lueyang County Maternal and Child Health and family Planning Service Center from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing model,and the observation group was given targeted nursing model.The total compliance rate,total nursing satisfaction rate and adverse emotions of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing model in the nursing of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding has significant application effect,which is worth promoting.关键词
