Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing under the King mutual standard theory combined with phased health education in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 100 patients with GDM in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given phased health education,and the observation group was added refined nursing under the King mutual standard theory combined with phased health education.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The standard rates of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the self-management ability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing under the King mutual standard theory combined with phased health education can increase the blood glucose standard rate of patients with GDM and improve the self-management ability of patients,which is worth promoting.关键词
