Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in the rescue of severe craniocerebral injury in children.Methods A total of 85 children with severe craniocerebral injury in Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=43)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention.The rescue time,neurological function,motor function and coma degree were compared between the two groups.Results The time of diagnosis and emergency operation and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The National Institute of Health stroke scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the Glasgow coma scale score and Fugl-Meyer assessment score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention in the rescue of severe craniocerebral injury in children has significant application effect,which is worth promoting.关键词
