Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in the nursing of pediatric flexible fiber bronchoscope(FFB).Methods A total of 68 children who underwent FFB in Tai'an Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given refined nursing.The operation time,total complication rate,compliance score and total satisfaction rate of parents were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance score and total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of refined nursing in the nursing of pediatric FFB is remarkable,which can shorten the operation time,reduce complications,improve the compliance of children and the total satisfaction rate of parents,and is worth promoting.关键词
