Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in the nursing of children with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 64 children with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to Dongming County People's Hospital of Shandong Province from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the reference group and the experimental group by the lottery method,with 32 cases in each group.The reference group received the routine nursing,and the experimental group received the cluster nursing.The degree of neurological deficits,motor function,daily living conditions and intracranial pressure of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of National Institute of Health stroke scale and activity of daily living scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the score of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the intracranial pressure of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of cluster nursing in the nursing of children with severe traumatic brain injury is better,which can improve the prognosis.关键词
