Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of self-efficacy intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Fengxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Baoji City from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received self-efficacy intervention.The self-efficacy,healthy behavior and mental state were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of general self-efficacy scale and health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ of the two groups were both increased,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of general well-being schedule and total score of the two groups were both increased,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy intervention has a good effect on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.关键词
