综合管理在儿童重症监护室管理中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive management in the management of pediatric intensive care unit.Methods A total of 40 nursing staff who participated in the management of pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different management modes.Nurses who adopted conventional management mode were included in the control group(n=20),and nurses who adopted comprehensive management mode were included in the observation group(n=20).The quality of management and inspection was compared between the two groups.Results The management quality scores of medical order execution,auxiliary inspection implementation,medical order processing and inspection report follow-up in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The inspection quality scores of environmental safety,children's handover safety,instrument and equipment safety in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive management can improve the quality of management in pediatric intensive care unit and promote the implementation of inspection work,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
