苯磺酸瑞马唑仑联合舒芬太尼对宫腔镜手术患者血流动力学及应激反应的影响OACSTPCD
Effects of remazolam besylate combined with sufentanil on hemodynamics and stress re-sponse in patients undergoing hysteroscopy surgery
目的 评价苯磺酸瑞马唑仑麻醉对宫腔镜手术患者血流动力学及应激反应的影响.方法 选取择期行宫腔镜手术患者 94 例,应用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各 47 例.对照组给予丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼,研究组给予苯磺酸瑞马唑仑联合舒芬太尼.比较两组血流动力学、应激反应指标、疼痛和镇静情况,以及不良反应发生情况.结果 两组心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)在置入喉罩时(T1)、扩张宫颈时(T2)、拔除喉罩时(T3)与麻醉诱导前(T0)比较均明显降低(P＜0.…查看全部>>
