多糖铁复合物胶囊联合重组人促红素注射液治疗肾性贫血的效果
Effect of Iron Polysaccharide Complex Capsules Combined with Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Injection in the Treat-ment of Renal Anemia

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of iron polysaccharide complex capsules combined with recombinant human erythropoietin injection in the treatment of renal anemia.Methods 100 patients with renal anemia admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method.The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin,and the observation group was treated with polysaccharide iron complex capsules combined with recombinant human erythropoietin injection.The treatment effect,serum indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.00％,higher than 64.00％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(Alb),transferrin(SF)and hematocrit(Hct)levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidences of elevated blood pressure,abnormal liver and kidney function,weakened gastrointestinal function,and fever in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Iron polysaccharide complex capsules combined with recombinant human erythropoietin injection has better effect in the treatment of renal anemia,which can improve the level of clinical indicators in patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
