Abstract

Objective To explore the value of immunoglobulin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in clinical detection of children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods 73 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were selected as the observation group,while 73 healthy children with physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The immunoglobulin and hs-CRP levels of both groups were detected.ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the value of single and combined detection in the diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease.Results The IgG and IgA of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the IgM and hs-CRP were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The AUC of the combined detection in the diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease in children was 0.914,higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the combined detection in the diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease in children are higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions Children with hand-foot-mouth disease have immune barrier damage and inflammatory reactions,and abnormal changes in immunoglobulin and hs-CRP may occur.The combined detection of above indicators in clinic can improve the diagnostic accuracy of children with hand-foot-mouth disease and facilitate guidance for subsequent treatment.
