益心舒片对冠心病PCI术后患者心功能及心血管不良事件发生率的影响OA
Impact of Yixinshu Tablets on Cardiac Function and Incidence of Cardiovascular Adverse Events in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI
目的 探讨益心舒片对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者心功能及心血管不良事件发生率的影响.方法 选取2020年6月至2022年6月在我院行PCI治疗的150例冠心病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各75例.对照组PCI术后予以抗血小板、降血脂等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用益心舒片治疗,两组均连续用药1个月.比较两组患者的心功能[左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室收缩末期容积(ESV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]及心血管不良事件发生率.结果 治疗后,两组LVESD、ESV均降低,LVEF均升高(P<0.05);观察组的LVESD、ESV低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组治疗期间心血管不良事件发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的13.33%(P<0.05).结论 益心舒片可促进冠心病患者PCI术后心功能恢复,降低术后心血管不良事件发生率.
Objective To explore the impact of Yixinshu tablets on cardiac function and incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 150 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was given routine treatment such as antiplatelet and lowering blood lipid after PCI,while the observation group was treated with Yixinshu tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given continuous medication for 1 month.The cardiac function(LVESD,ESV,LVEF)and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the LVESD and ESV of the two groups decreased,and the LVEF increased(P<0.05);The LVESD and ESV of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events during treatment in the observation group was 4.00%,lower than 13.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Yixinshu tablets can promote the recovery of cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse cardiovascular events.
