Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Feilike mixture combined with ambroxol in children with bronchitis.Methods 90 children with bronchitis admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with ambroxol,and the study group was treated with Feilike mixture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels,lung function indicators,immune function indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.56％,higher than 80.00％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the CRP,PCT and TNF-α levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,IgM,IgA and IgG levels were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Both groups did not have serious adverse reactions.Conclusions Feilike mixture combined with ambroxol has significant effect in the treatment of children with bronchitis,which can improve the lung function,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,and enhance the body immunity,with fewer adverse reactions.关键词
