Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Kangfuxin solution combined with ranitidine on serum immune indicators and inflammatory factors in patients with recurrent oral ulcer.Methods 82 patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ranitidine,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin solution on this basis.Both groups were treated for 7 days continuously.The serum immune indicators,inflammatory factor levels and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the CD3+,CD4+,CD4/CD8 and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the CRP,IL-2 and TNF-α levels were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Kangfuxin solution combined with ranitidine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can reduce the inflammatory factor levels,and improve the immune ability and quality of life.关键词
