Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of sufentanil combined with ketorolac trometamol for patient-controlled analgesia after rectal cancer radical surgery.Methods 104 patients undergoing rectal cancer radical surgery in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into combined group(52 cases,sufentanil+ketorolac trometamol)and control group(52 cases,sufentanil).The VAS score,serum pain-inducing substance level,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 hours and 12 hours of analgesia,the VAS scores of the combined group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The serum 5-HT and substance P levels of combined group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during analgesia(P＞0.05).Conclusions Sufentanil combined with ketorolac trometamol for patient-controlled analgesia after rectal cancer radical surgery can inhibit the increase in the pain-inducing substance level,with good analgesic effect and high safety.关键词
