摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding in patients with deglutition disorders.Methods 92 patients with deglutition disorders admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received continuous nasal to gastric tube feeding,and the observation group received intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding.Both groups continued to intervene and observe for 2 weeks.The swallowing function,the incidence of complications,oropharyngeal comfort degree and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of the standard swallowing assessment(SSA)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the scores of the comfort scale(GCQ)and the activity of daily living scale(ADL)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding can improve the swallowing function of patients with deglutition disorders,reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,improve the patients'oropharyngeal comfort degree and promote the ability of daily life.
