摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of case management advantage model on treatment compliance and fatigue of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group used case management advantage model on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance and fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of diet compliance,liquid intake compliance,medication compliance and dialysis compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the FS-14 score was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Case management advantage model can effectively improve the treatment compliance and fatigue of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.关键词
