摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the correlation and difference of body weight and body size of Xinjiang brown cattle in different feeding environments,the experiment was conducted to determine the body size and body weight of Xinjiang brown cattle aged 6,12,18 and 24 months in Tokkuzliu County,Tekes County and Xinyuan County,and analyze the correlation and difference of the data.The results showed as follows:At 12 months of age,the body height and pipe circumference of Xinjiang brown cattle in Xinyuan County were significantly higher than those in Tekes County and Gongliu County(P<0.05).At 18 months of age,there were no significant differences in body height,body oblique length,chest circumference,tube circumference and body weight among the three counties(P>0.05).There were significant differences in chest circumference and body weight among the 24 month old Xinjiang brown cattle in the three counties(P<0.05),and the chest circumference and body weight were in the order of Xinyuan County>Tokuzkuztara County>Tekes County;There was a strong positive correlation between body size and body weight of new brown cattle,and the correlation coefficient between chest circumference and body weight was the largest,the correlation coefficient was 0.987.
