Abstract
Objective To retrospectively analyze the efficacy and safety of"pinch and turn-over technique under direct vision"for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis through a small incision at midaxillary crease.Methods The total number was 133 axillae in 68 axillary osmidrosis patients who were treated in the author's department from June 2018 to June 2021.During the operation,a 1.5-2.0cm long incision was made at the midaxillary crease line.Dissection was made between the superficial fat layer and the superficial fascia and exceeded the armpit hair 1cm using a tissue scissors.The fat and gland tissue were removed by an ophthalmic scissors in the position of shoulder abduction,and then pinch and turn-over the flap in the position of should extension,thus the glandular tissue was removed under a direct vision.The wounds were crossed fixed like"8"by self-adhesive elastic bandage.Results The total effective rate of axillary osmidrosis treatment was 98.49%,and the complication rate was 1.5%.All patients were satisfied with the treatment effect after 1 to 3 years of follow-up.Conclusion Excision of the apocrine glands by"pinch and turn-over technique under direct vision"through a small incision at midaxillary crease resulted a good clinical outcome,and this method is simple and easy to learn thus worthy of clinical application.关键词
