中下面部线雕联合局部注射填充在面部年轻化中的应用

Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the application value of anti-aging of middle and lower facial line carving combined with local injection filling in facial rejuvenation.Methods A total of 112 female patients who needed rejuvenation treatment in the author's department from 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(56 cases)and the observation group(56 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with local injection of hyaluronic acid,and the observation group was treated with middle and lower facial line carving combined with local injection of hyaluronic acid.The clinical efficacy,skin condition,improvement of facial wrinkles,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 week after operation,the excellent and good rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).At 3 months after operation,the moisture and elasticity scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the oil score was lower than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).The modified Fitzpatrick wrinkle scale and global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS)scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the scores of psychological function,social function and material life status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Middle and lower facial line carving combined with local injection filling can achieve definite anti-aging effect in facial rejuvenation,which can improve the clinical effect and facial aging state,with mild adverse reactions and good aesthetic effect.关键词
