凡士林纱卷铆钉样缝合加压包扎对腋臭术后并发症发生率的影响研究
Effect of Compression Dressing with Vaseline Gauze Rivet Suture on the Postoperative Complications of Axillary Osmidrosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of compression dressing with vaseline gauze rivet suture on the postoperative complications of axillary osmidrosis.Methods A total of 101 patients were numbered according to the order of clinical visit,and divided into two groups by randomly.All patients were treated by small invasive apocrine gland resection.61 patients in the treatment group were treated with Vaseline gauze rivet suture compression dressing,while 40 patients in the control group were treated with 8-shaped bandage.Results The incidences of subcutaneous hematoma,skin necrosis,delayed wound healing,and scar in the treatment group(0.82%,0.82%,1.64%,and 2.46%,respectively)were lower than those in the control group(12.5%,7.5%,8.75%,and 10%,respectively),with statistically significant differences(all P＜0.05).The incidence of surgical site infection in the treatment group and the control group was 1.64%and 2.50%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The satisfaction of the treatment group was 93.44%,which was higher than 62.5%of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the"8"bandage,vaseline gauze and rivet like suture pressure dressing can reduce the postoperative complications of axillary osmidrosis to a certain extent,with higher satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
