Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of 1 540 nm non exfoliative lattice laser combined with painless water injection therapy on facial photoaging and its impact on the quality of life of medical consumers seeking medical attention.Methods One hundred and sixty medical consumers with facial photoaging in the author's hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.Random number table method was used to divide the control group and the study group,80 cases each.The control group was treated with 1 540 nm non-ablative Fractional Laser,while the study group was treated with 1 540 nm non-ablative Fractional Laser combined with hyaluronic acid injection.global photoaging scale(GSP)and Quality of life(QoL)scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the skin improvement efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results After treatment,the GSP score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the total QoL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of skin improvement in the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than that in the control group 87.50%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of facial photoaging medical consumers with 1 540 nm non-exfoliative non-ablative Fractional Laser combined with hyaluronic acid injection can improve the skin condition,improve the quality of life,and less adverse reactions.关键词
