摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of short wave physiotherapy combined with astaxanthin skin barrier repair solution for facial sensitive skin.Methods Total 20 patients with facial sensitive skin who attended the department dermatology of the author's hospital from April 2022 to June 2022 were selected,that treated with short wave physiotherapy introduct astaxanthin skin barrier repair solution,once per week,for three weeks,the efficacy was assessed at week 0,week 1and week 3,the subjective symptoms(pruritus,tingling,burning and tightness)and objective symptoms(erythema,papules,scales and telangiectasia)were scored.Results Pruritus,burning,tightness and erythema were improved after one and three weeks of treatment,Tingling and scales improved after three weeks of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),there were no any adverse reactions under examination.Conclusion short wave physiotherapy combined with astaxanthin skin barrier repair solution can relieve the symptoms of facial sensitive skin,this combination therapy has high safety.关键词
