目的:比较纯钛支架义齿和Vitallium 2000铸造支架义齿修复牙列缺损的疗效及对患者义齿性口炎发生率的影响.方法:选择2017年1月-2019年11月笔者医院收治的牙列缺损患者116例,根据支架材料不同分为纯钛组和Vitallium组,每组58例.修复2年后,比较两组患者总体疗效、基托菌斑分布、基托菌斑指数情况、基托真菌培养结果、义齿性口炎发生情况及治疗满意度.结果:Vitallium组咀嚼效率、就位率高于纯钛组(P＜0.05);修复2年后…查看全部>>
