Clinical Application Status and Related Research Progress of Three Commonly Used Orthodontic Retainers
摘要
Abstract
Orthodontic retention maintain the teeth,skeletal and muscle in an aesthetic and functional position with harmony and stable,prevent orthodontic relapse after orthodontic treatment.The common three types of orthodontic retainers are Hawley retainer,vacuum-formed retainer and lingual orthodontic retainer.This article reviews these three commonly used orthodontic retainers from three different aspects:the clinical application characteristics,retention complications and the latest research progress,which might provide new ideas for subsequent research.关键词
