Value and evaluation of nutritional therapy in the treatment of Crohn's disease in the era of biologics
摘要
Abstract
Crohn's disease(CD)primarily affects the gastrointestinal tract and causes disturbances in the digestion and absorption of nutrients.Therefore,nutritional therapy remains a crucial tool for the management of CD,potentially accompanying the disease throughout its course.The introduction of biological agents in CD treatment has had a groundbreaking impact.Over the past two decades,the broad application of biological agents has significantly enhanced the therapeutic outcomes for Crohn's disease.Nutritional therapy corrects malnutrition,induces CD remission,and improves biologics'therapeutic effect.Additionally,it serves as the most important therapeutic means during the perioperative period of CD and can even act as an alternative therapy to biologics and immunosuppressants when CD is complicated with infections.关键词
