Influence and measure of sarcopenia impacting on the prognosis of tumor patients
摘要
Abstract
Sarcopenia is common in patients with malignant tumors,which mainly can reduce the comprehensive treatment intensity,reduce the clinical efficacy,affect the mental state,deteriorate the quality of life,and endanger the survival prognosis.Intervention strategies mainly include early screening,nutritional therapy,drug therapy,exercise training,myoelectric stimulation,psychological intervention,and so on.In current clinical practice,sarcopenia in tumor patients is often overlooked.More medical staff should pay attention to it,understand its mechanism and diagnostic criteria,and make personalized treatment plans according to the specific conditions of patients to achieve the best treatment results.关键词
