Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between dyslipidemia and the occurrence and prognosis in SSNHL patients with various audiometric patterns.Method This is a retrospective cohort study of 331 patients diag-nosed with SSNHL from August 2017 to October 2021.Lipids profiles(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Non-HDL-C),audio-metric patterns(low frequency loss,high frequency loss,all frequency loss and complete loss),and other factors includ-ing gender,age and side of hearing loss were analyzed for risk factors affecting clinical outcomes.Result The rate of dyslipidemia in high frequency loss was significantly higher than that in the other three audiometric patterns,especially with TG(x2=16.68,P=0.001),LDL-C(x2=11.10,P=0.011)and no-HDL-C(x2=14.93,P=0.002).Logistic regression showed that increased expression level of LDL-C was correlated with the poor clinical outcomes(OR=2.061,P=0.004).Conclusions Abnormal serum lipids may be involved in high frequency SSNHL.LDL-C expression level may be nega-tively correlated with hearing recovery and therefore an important risk factor that needs to be concerned with.关键词
