全扩张"单瓣法"外耳再造在耳廓畸形患者中的应用
Full Expansion"Single Pedicle Flap"in Ear Reconstruction for Auricle Deformities
摘要
Abstract
Objective To report outcomes of ear reconstruction using full expansion single pedicle flaps for auri-cle deformities.Methods Data from 155 cases(162 ears)of auricle deformity treated by the full expansion"single pedi-cle flap"technique from January 2019 to September 2022 were reviewed.Results Followe-ups were from 3 months to 3 years.Postoperative complications included hematoma(5 cases)which was successfully managed by vacuum or punc-ture drainage;and exposure of cartilage scaffold(5 cases)successfully managed by transposition of local skin,pedicled skin flaps or local skin graft supported by pedicled temporalis myofascial flaps.Final results were satisfactory in all cas-es,with acceptable symmetry,normal skin color and detailed fine structures.Conclusion Full expansion"single pedicle flaps"are an ideal technique for patients with auricle malformation,with predictable results and low rates of postopera-tive complications.关键词
