Advance in the Treatment of Vocal Nodules in School-Age Children

摘要
Abstract
Due to being lively and active characteristics,school-age children have always been a high incidence of vocal nodules.This paper analyzs the effects of voice training(voice therapy)combined with drugs and behavioral intervention,the effects of voice therapy and the causative factors of vocal nodules in school-age children from CNKI,ProQuest,ScienceDirect and other databases.After combing and analyzing the research results of the treatment of vocal nodules in children in the past 20 years,it is found that:Voice therapy is gradually used in the treatment of vocal nodules in school-age children,voice evaluation and acoustic analysis are used in the treatment of vocal nodules in children.in recent years,there have been many studies on the effect of voice training(voice therapy)combined with Chinese and Western drugs in the treatment of vocal nodules in children,but the research on voice therapy and its effect are obviously insufficient and there is a very lack of professional voice therapist.studies abroad related to the pathogenic factors of children's vocal nodules and special studies on voice therapy,such as behavioral therapy,resonance therapy,symptomatic therapy and therapeutic effect research,are relatively diverse in contents and have certain systematic characteristics.关键词
