Research Progress on the Physiological Function of Soybean Oligosaccharides and Its Application in Livestock and Poultry Nutrition
摘要
Abstract
Soybean oligosaccharide(SBOS)is a functional oligosaccharide,which is widely found in various plants,mostly in legumes,and it has widely application prospect in livestock and poultry production because of its physiological functions,including maintaining intestinal health,protecting liver function,strengthening body immunity,regulating lipid metabolism,and antioxidation.Its physiological function is of great concern because it acts as an anti-nutritional factor and predisposes the animal organism to gastrointestinal distention and diarrhoea.This paper summarized the physiological functions of SBOS and described the role of different levels of SBOS in livestock and poultry nutrition,which will provide a theoretical basis for SBOS as a novel feed additive.关键词
