Pharmaceutical Practice of Abnormal Liver Function Induced by Levothyroxine Tablets in Children by Clinical Pharmacists

Abstract
Objective:To explore the key points of clinical pharmacists'pharmaceutical care for the treatment of drug-induced liver injury in children,and to improve the level of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists.Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated into the treatment of a child with abnormal liver function induced by levothyroxine tablets,put forward suggestions on the treatment medication and carried out pharmaceutical care to promote the improvement of the child's condition.Results:Clinical pharmacists analyzed the administration of the child,suggested that levothyroxine tablets should be stopped,and the symptomatic treatment should be given.The liver function of the child returned to normal state,and there was no liver injury during follow-up.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists take advantage of the pharmaceutical expertise in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury to perform elaborate pharmaceutical care and ensure the safe and rational use of drugs.关键词
