基于CiteSpace的国内外医养结合服务利用研究可视化分析
Visual analysis of the utilization of integrated medical and elderly care services at home and abroad based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To understand the current research status,hot topics,and trends in the utilization of integrated medical and elderly care services both domestically and internationally.Methods Relevant research literature on the utilization of integrated medical and elderly care services was collected from multiple database information platforms.The publication volume was analyzed,and visual analysis was conducted using CiteSpace,including research cooperation network analysis,keyword co-occurrence,and clustering analysis.Results 140 foreign and 29 domestic literature were included in the analysis.Internationally,this field has made significant research progress,with frequent cross-national and cross-institutional research collaborations.The utilization of home-based elderly care,community-based elderly care services,and long-term care services for elderly individuals with mental illness and disabilities were identified as hot topics.Domestically,the research in this filed started relatively late,with limited depth.The empirical research mainly focused on the utilization of institutional medical and nursing services in home institutional settings,and the influencing factors.Conclusions The quantity and quality of domestic research in this filed are currently lagging behind international standards.Future studies should focus on enriching research on the utilization of integrated medical and elderly care services for elderly people in the community and the heterogeneity of service utilization characteristics among different populations should be analyzed to further refine the research.关键词
