流域生态环境治理体系构建研究
Governance System Construction of Watershed Eco-environment:A Case Study of Nanliu River

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of river pollution,taking Nanliu River as a pilot,we studied the informatization governance system construc-tion method of watershed eco-environment.We described the key technologies such as tridimensional monitoring of watershed eco-environment,3D real scene reconstruction,spatio-temporal simulation of water quality,separation and aggregation of information services,to lay out environ-mental anti-pollution facilities scientifically,and to provide spatio-temporal information,water environment warning and decision support services by integrating multi-source spatio-temporal information data,which also provided a watershed eco-environment supervision system for managers and a pollution source enforcement monitoring system for investigators in order to establish a whole-factor,whole-process and whole-regional collaborative governance model for watershed ecosystems.The model has been extended to Qinzhou River and Jiuzhou River in Guangxi.关键词
