基于HeNCORS的测量标志普查管理系统设计与实现OACSTPCD

Aiming at the problems of inconsistent data format,single system function and low positioning accuracy in survey marker census process,we put forward survey marker census method based on Beidou location service by comprehensively utilizing Java,C#WinForm,geographical information and other technologies,and studied key technologies such as differential positioning based on HeNCORS,desktop and mobile census software and information security transmission strategy.We developed the survey mark census management system(App and PC)based on HeNCORS,which could realize seamless connection with the required format of national survey mark management information system,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of survey mark census.The practical application shows that the system has the advantages of low cost,convenient operation and easy popularization,and can provide reference for the survey marker census in other cities and counties(districts)in the province.
