抽油杆偏磨机理及防偏磨技术研究现状
Research Status of Eccentric Wear Mechanism and Anti-eccentric Wear Technology for Sucker Rod
摘要
Abstract
Rod pump is one of the most widely used artificial lifting methods in the process of oil exploitation.Sucker rod pumps are considered a well-established technology in the oil and gas industry and thus are easy to apply,very common worldwide,and low in capital and operational costs.However,in the actual operation process,the problem of eccentric wear between the rod and the tubing is more serious,which brings relatively large economic losses.The causes of the partial-wear were analyzed and five kinds of latest anti-eccentric wear technology were summarized,hoping to play a certain guiding role in production practice.By analyzing the causes of eccentric wear on pumping rods,five latest anti-eccentric wear technologies are summarized,and the development direction of technologies is proposed,in order to provide guidance for production practice.关键词
