Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)dialectical care based on the theory of"Yin deficiency and internal heat"in the"Neijing"on the management of symptom groups in patients with malignant hematological diseases,and to explore the enlightenment of TCM on the management of symptom groups.Methods A total of 80 patients with Yin deficiency and internal heat deficiency malignant hematological diseases were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group adopted routine nursing methods,and the observation group adopted TCM dialectical care on this basis.The symptom groups scores,the remission rate and the average remission rate were compared.Results Before treatment,the average score of symptom group in the control group was(36.33±11.99),and that in the observation group was(35.79±11.87,P>0.05).After treatment,the average response rate(degree)of the symptom group in the observation group was 12.65%±3.23%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(4.12%±2.76%,P<0.001).Conclusions TCM dialectical care has more advantages in the management of symptom groups of Yin deficiency and internal heat malignant hematological diseases.Under the current situation that the research on the symptom group management needs to be deepened,TCM differentiation and nursing may provide reference in the mechanism research of symptom group management,intervention methods and symptom recognition research.关键词
