基于磁导率无损检测的双U型探头仿真优化研究
Research on Simulation Optimization of Double U Probe based on Nondestructive Testing of Permeability
摘要
Abstract
Based on the principle of permeability nondestructive testing,a double U type probe is designed.Taking No.20 steel specimen as the research object,the relationship between the key influence parameters and the detection sensitivity of the double U type probe in the detection process was analyzed by simulation,and the key influence parameters were optimized.The relationship between tensile stress and detection sensitivity were studied through experiments.The results show that the detection sensitivity increases with the increase of excitation voltage amplitude.The detection sensitivity increases first and then becomes stable with the excitation frequency.The detection sensitivity decreases with the increase of the number of turns of the excitation coil and decreases with the increase of tensile stress.The double U probe has a wider range of signal analysis capabilities than the traditional U probe.The simulation study provides the design concept and theoretical basis for the subsequent selection and production of the probe.关键词
