New Quality Productivity of Water Conservancy:Connotation Interpretation,Theoretical Framework and Implementation Path
摘要
Abstract
In the context of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,new quality productivity has become an intrinsic requirement and an important focus of high quality development.In order to implement the deployment requirements of accelerating the development of new quality productivity into all aspects of water conservancy work,the paper put forward the concept and connotation of new quality productivity in water conservancy.It believed that new quality productivity of water conservancy is an advanced productivity that pursues high technology,high efficiency,high quality,and conforms to new development concepts,and proposed a theoretical framework of new quality productivity of water conservancy consisting of five parts:guiding ideology,basic principles,theoretical basis,main research content and support system,and expounded its main research content.Based on the four aspects of engineering,technology,sys-tem and management support,the implementation path of new quality productivity of water conservancy was proposed.This paper provided a theoretical basis and path reference for accelerating the formation and development of new quality produc-tivity of water conservancy.关键词
