摘要

Abstract

A method for the determination of hexavalent chromium in soil and sediment by ultrasonic-assisted flame atomic absorption spectrometry with alkali solution extraction has been established.NH4OH-NH4Cl solution with pH=11 is used as extracting agent,ultrasonic-assisted extraction is performed in hot water at 98±2℃ for 60min,centrifuged for separation,and then anhydrous sodium sulfate is added as signal intensifier for determination.The drawbacks of cumbersome extraction steps,generating a large amount of precipitation,and low separation efficiency in HJ1082-2019 method are avoided.The detection limit of the method is 0.49 mg/kg,the determination limit is 1.96 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)is 2.9%~3.4%,and the recovery rate of participating is 94.2-100.8%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy and high efficiency of batch processing samples.
