居家慢性病老年人自我感受负担在家庭关怀度与服药依从性间的中介效应
Mediating effects of self-perceived burden between family care degree and medication compliance in elderly with chronic diseases at home

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of family care degree on medication compliance of the elderly with chronic diseases at home,and explore the mediating role of self-perceived burden between family care degree and medication compliance,so as to provide theoretical basis for intervention of medication compliance of the elderly.Methods:A total of 398 elderly people aged 60 and above were investigated by general information questionnaire,Family APGAR Index,Self-Perceived Burden Scale and Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8).Results:The family care degree of the elderly with chronic diseases at home was positively correlated with their medication compliance(r=0.488,P<0.05).Self-perceived burden was negatively correlated with medication compliance(r=-0.587,P<0.05).The family care degree was negatively correlated with self-perceived burden(r=-0.454,P<0.05).Self-perceived burden had a partial mediating effect between medication compliance and family care degree(P<0.05).Conclusions:Self-perceived burden has a partial mediating effect between medication compliance and family care degree.By reducing the self-perceived burden of the elderly,bad emotions such as anxiety and self-blame caused by illness can be alleviated,which is conducive to improving medication compliance.关键词
