喉癌术后病人食管发音康复训练影响因素的质性研究
Qualitative study on influencing factors of esophageal pronunciation rehabilitation training in postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of esophageal pronunciation rehabilitation training in postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer,and to provide basis for the construction of online esophageal pronunciation rehabilitation training program.Methods:Using the phenomenological research method,a total of 12 patients who were willing to participate in the esophageal pronunciation training were selected as the subjects of interview,and the data were collected by face-to-face semi-structured in-depth interview,Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used to analyze the data.Results:After transcribed analysis of the interview data,four themes were extracted including psychological state,difficulties,training expectations,and feasibility of online training.Conclusions:The analysis of influencing factors of esophageal pronunciation rehabilitation training for postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer can determine the orientation of intervention content of online esophageal pronunciation training,strengthen positive factors,reduce obstructive factors,and formulate feasible implementation plans for online esophageal pronunciation training,so as to make it more conducive to postoperative language rehabilitation of patients.关键词
