Achievement,Experience and Prospect of China's System of Ecological Civilization Construction in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
During the past decade in the new era,China has made great efforts in three main aspects:environmental legislation has been gradually improved,environmental policy norms have been continuously improved,environmental management system and law enforcement efficiency have been continuously im-proved.Remarkable achievements have been made in constructing the system of ecological civilization.Some working experience has been gained,such as adhering to the combination of top-level design and grassroots practice,overall promotion and key breakthroughs,vertical management and unified supervi-sion,and rigid constraints and multiple incentives.To promote the construction of the system of ecological civilization in the new era and new journey,it is still necessary to make continuous efforts in enriching and perfecting the system content,integrating and connecting the system,and implementing the system,so as to jointly promote the full release of the efficiency of system of ecological civilization.关键词
