人工智能时代语言服务行业需求分析与人才培养研究
Research on Demand Analysis and Talents Cultivation for Language Service Industry in the AI Era
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes 126 practitioners and 397 learners of language service as the subjects,a-dopts the research methods of the questionnaire and interview,and finds the high demands of inter-discipli-nary talents with vocational innovation abilities in language service industry of AI era.The research also shows that present talents cultivation does not fully satisfy the demands of the industry,and improvements need to be made in learners'understanding of the industry and related abilities of learners,especially in in-formation technology and cross-discipline language service abilities.This paper proposes to improve learn-ers'language service ability through multi-facet routes.Specifically,through the application of project-based learning mode,the paper elaborates on the ways of promoting learners'vocational innovation abili-ties,in an effort to help cultivate quality language service talents to cater to the new industry demands in AI era.关键词
