Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Haiao prosthodontic membrane and Geistlich Bio-Gide collagen membrane in guided bone regeneration for immediate implant placement.Methods:A total of 78 patients who underwent im-mediate dental implantation in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into group A(n=39)and group B(n=39)using a random number table.Group A was treated with Haiao prosthodon-tic membrane for repair,while group B was treated with Geistlich Bio-Gide collagen membrane for repair.The situation of bone grafting,postoperative pain degree(visual analog scale,VAS),and implant restoration effect were compared between the two groups.The incidence rates of complications were calculated.Results:The bone graft thickness,bone graft height,osteo-genesis thickness,osteogenesis height,horizontal bone growth and vertical bone generation in group B were greater than those in group A(P＜0.05).Three months after surgery,the VAS score of group B was lower than that of group A(P＜0.05).The success rate of implantation in group B was higher than that in group A,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in group A(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Haiao prosthodontic membrane,applying Geistlich Bio-Gide col-lagen membrane in guided bone regeneration for immediate implant placement can effectively improve bone grafting and im-plant restoration effect,and help reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of complications.关键词
