Abstract
Objective:To observe the application of digital medical record platform in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods:Sixty clinical medical students who received practice in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were ran-domly divided into two groups,each of 30 cases.The control group was given conventional teaching method,and the research group was given digital medical record platform on the basis of the control group.Test scores,teaching effect,self-evaluation ability and critical thinking were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores in theory examination and clinical practice skill examination,the interns in the study group scored higher on tutor evaluation,self-learning ability,clinical thinking skills,communication skills,teacher-student interaction,understanding ability,teamwork ability,teaching satisfaction and knowledge attraction ability(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores of learning situation,self-learning ability,mastery of training content and learning enthusi-asm,the study group had higher critical thinking(P<0.05).Conclusion:The digital medical record platform can improve the test scores of oral and maxillofacial surgery interns and improve the teaching effect.关键词
