The impacts of returning migrant labors on rural income inequality
充分释放劳动力回流的人才红利是实现农村家庭收入均衡增长的重要途径.基于相对剥夺理论,利用中国劳动力动态调查数据(CLDS),运用OLS模型,分析劳动力回流对农村收入不平等的影响,探讨人力资本和社会资本投资在劳动力回流影响农村收入不平等的作用机制.结果表明,劳动力回流比例为21.7%,相比于无劳动力回流的农村家庭,有劳动力回流的农村家庭收入增加 0.362 万元,农村收入不平等水平下降 0.09 个单位.可见,劳动力回流能够显著缓解农村收入不平等,…查看全部>>
